Where can I check my shipping fee when placing an order?

How can I know the exact date and time of my delivery?
We cannot provide the exact date and time of the order’s delivery as it will depend on the prearranged schedule and route of the courier.
Is there any domestic areas which Home and Beyond cannot deliver to?
Home and Beyond can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If the courier won’t be able to deliver to your area, we will inform you through call or message right after you place the order.
For orders within Metro Manila, we deliver within 3-4 business days upon placing the order/s. For orders outside Metro Manila, we deliver within 5-7 business days with the exception of some remote areas.
Can the order be picked up?
Home and Beyond currently doesn’t offer this option. You can check the following option:
*Standard Shipping – we deliver your orders right at your doorstep, may it be your home address or office address.
* Next day Delivery – Within Metro Manila
What happens after the delivery time has passed?
You can contact our Customer Care team at (email) to follow up on the order made. We will track your order and make sure it gets delivered at the soonest possible time.

Can I receive a call before delivery?
You will receive an (sms / email) notification once your order is out for delivery and our rider will communicate with you via call or SMS upon arrival at your address.
Do you deliver during weekends and Holidays?
No, we don’t deliver on weekends and Holidays.
What if I am not home when the package arrives?
For
COD orders:
You can inform your authorized representative about the delivery, order details and the amount payable for the order.
For
Prepaid orders:
You can provide your representative with an authorization letter and copy of your valid ID to claim your purchase on your behalf. Your authorized representative should also present a valid ID upon delivery for proof of identity.
I just received a notification that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, your package will be out for delivery for the next 24-48 hours, subject to the availability of the assigned courier. You should receive your order within the estimated delivery time provided on the email notification once your item has been shipped.
Can I purchase multiple items and have it delivered to different shipping addresses?
We currently do not offer delivering different items to different addresses for the same order. If you want to have your time delivered to different addresses, we would recommend placing different orders (items to be delivered to the same shipping address should be put together in one order).
Why did I receive my order in separate deliveries?
We ship each of your items as soon as they are made available. Orders placed before 12 will be processed within the same day. And orders placed after 12 will be processed the next day, considering that it is not a Sunday or a Holiday.
I ordered multiple items, but why did I receive only one notification and one tracking number?
We send one notification when you place an order even if you order multiple items. You will also receive one notification for each separate item in your order that is shipped or out for the delivery.
When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, Customer Care Tea will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email or SMS.
After successful verification (time frame: within 24 – 48 hours after ordered date),, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
Metro Manila: 2 – 3 business days
Provinces: 5 – 7 business days
I ordered multiple items, but I only received one, where are the other items?
If you only received one item among the multiple items that you ordered, your other items are still being fulfilled. Order processing depends on the order cut – off.
*Note: Orders placed before 12 will be processed within the same day. And orders placed after 12 will be processed the next day, considering that it is not a Sunday or a Holiday.
I need my order now, can Home and Beyond speed up the delivery?
We have an option for “next-day” delivery – for Metro Manila only.
